Overview

Do Dham Yatra – A Sacred Journey to Kedarnath and Badrinath

The Do Dham Yatra is a spiritually significant pilgrimage that takes devotees to two of the most revered shrines in the Indian Himalayas — Kedarnath and Badrinath. Nestled in the majestic Garhwal region of Uttarakhand, this yatra offers a profound experience of devotion, natural beauty, and inner peace.

Kedarnath, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas and is located near the Mandakini River at an altitude of 3,583 meters. The trek to the Kedarnath temple is both challenging and rewarding, offering panoramic views of snow-capped peaks and lush valleys.

Badrinath, devoted to Lord Vishnu, is part of the Char Dham and lies on the banks of the Alaknanda River. Surrounded by the Nar and Narayan mountain ranges, the temple attracts thousands of pilgrims every year who seek spiritual upliftment and blessings.
