Best Time to Visit
The ideal time for the Adi Kailash, Om Parvat, and Panchachuli Base Camp tour is from May to October when the weather is pleasant, and the roads remain accessible.

- July to September: Monsoon brings occasional showers, adding freshness to the surroundings, but landslides may occur in some areas.

Itinerary
The journey begins with a drive from Kathgodam to Pithoragarh, passing through scenic valleys and charming hill towns. En route, enjoy stunning views of the Himalayas and take short breaks at picturesque spots. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel and relax.
Stay: Hotel in Pithoragarh
After breakfast, continue the journey towards Nabi Village, a small settlement in the high Himalayas. This village serves as the base for the Adi Kailash Yatra. The drive takes you through rough terrains and high-altitude landscapes, offering a glimpse into the remote beauty of Uttarakhand.
Stay: Homestay in Nabi Village
Today is dedicated to visiting Adi Kailash, also known as Chhota Kailash, a sacred mountain that resembles Mount Kailash. Visit Parvati Sarovar, a tranquil lake associated with Goddess Parvati, and take a short trek to Gauri Kund, known for its crystal-clear waters. Also, witness Ganesh Parvat, a mountain resembling the face of Lord Ganesha. After darshan and exploration, return to Nabi Village.

Start early to visit Om Parvat, a rare natural wonder where the sacred OM (ॐ) symbol is naturally formed on the mountain. This divine sight is considered highly auspicious for Hindu pilgrims. After seeking blessings at Kali Mata Temple, drive towards Narayan Ashram, a spiritual retreat surrounded by the Himalayan landscape. Spend the evening in peaceful surroundings.

After breakfast, drive towards Dantu Village, the gateway to Panchachuli Base Camp. The route takes you through beautiful valleys, lush forests, and river crossings. Dantu is one of the last villages before reaching the base camp, offering a glimpse into the traditional lifestyle of the local communities.
Stay: Guesthouse in Dantu Village
The day begins with a trek to Panchachuli Base Camp, a breathtaking location where the towering Panchachuli Peaks dominate the skyline. The trek takes you through meadows, rhododendron forests, and glacial streams. Spend some time at the base camp, soaking in the stunning views before trekking back to Dantu and driving to Dharchula.
Stay: Hotel in Dharchula
After breakfast, start the return journey to Kathgodam, marking the end of a spiritually and visually enriching expedition. Arrive in Kathgodam by evening, concluding the tour.

Cancellation Policy:
- Within 30 Days: 80% refund of the total package cost
- Within 20 Days: 50% refund of the total package cost
- Within 15 Days: Non-Refundable
- Rescheduling Dates: Extra 20% of the total package cost
- Note: 30% is nonrefundable in any case, and 80% of the total package cost will be refunded only if the entire package cost has been paid.
Payment Policy:
- Travellers may make payments in two installments.
- The first installment, taken as registration fees, will be ₹300 per person (non-refundable).
- The remaining payment must be submitted at least 5 days before your travel date, covering the total package amount.
- Payment Options: UPI / Bank Transfer / or any other Payment Method.

- One may consider their booking as done, only after submission of application carrying their consent along with the registration fee.
- Our itinerary consists places of high altitude, thus may vary as per the weather conditions.
- Accommodating capacities of the accommodations will be subject to the size of the rooms and their availability, also air-conditioned rooms are not added in the itinerary due to presence of hilly regions in the package.
- Please note that AC packages consist of AC trains only (to & from), accommodations and road transfers won't be served with AC, other than what is mentioned in the package.
- Don't forget to carry your identity cards while travelling by train, as Railway tickets are non-transferable and could be used by you only.
- This tour consists of locations and areas where nature is still raw and it is important to conserve them, which everyone must keep in mind and avoid any littering activity.
- The organizers might modify, amend or delay the schedule and sites of the itinerary, looking at the safety of the guests according to the weather conditions of the moment.
- Travel insurance is not included in the package.
- The organizer/camp in-charge are well-trained and experienced personnel, thus carry rights for seating and other arrangements during the transfer.
- Any kind of misbehavior won't be entertained, which can lead to detention of the candidate.
